Banyards
donated 300 beautiful bedding plants to the Forest Holme Summer
Gala. The event, on Saturday 30 June, raised much-needed cash
for the specialist palliative care unit, which is part of
Poole Hospital NHS Trust.

Banyards puts on first class display
for arts graduates |

Leading
horticultural company Banyards has put on a first-class flower
display to honour graduates at the Arts Institute at Bournemouth.
The Horton Heath-based company created 20 colourful containers
of exotic plants, fresh flowers and foliage, including orchids;
anthuriums; guzmanias; dracaenas and miniature palms, for
the 29 June graduation ceremony in Wimborne Minster.

Banyards beefs up its aerial rescue
practice

Dorset
horticultural company Banyards is introducing monthly aerial
rescue practice for all their tree surgery teams.
It is not only
cats that have to be rescued from trees: sometimes an accident
can mean that a tree surgeon has to be rescued, so Banyards’ tree
surgery manager, Peter Ellis, is pushing his teams into more
regular practice. |
